- Two locations: (1) Blighttown, invading as a dark spirit when the player walks right from the second bonfire into the poison swamp; (2) Quelaag's Domain, as a summonable phantom before the Chaos Witch Quelaag boss fog gate.

- Her Blighttown invasion only triggers while the player is in human form and before Blighttown's area boss is defeated.

- Defeating her invading form in Blighttown unlocks her summon sign for the Quelaag boss fight. A known bug can trap her ineffectively at the fog gate. Defeating Blighttown's area boss before she ever invades permanently removes both the invasion and the later summon opportunity for that playthrough.
